Dr. Tonia Tinsley has roughly 30 years’ experience teaching Foreign Languages, ranging from elementary to higher education in the United States and France. She has taught at the secondary, university, and graduate levels in multiple languages. She holds a Doctorate in French Language and Literature from Washington University in Saint Louis, and a K-12 teaching certificate for MO in French. Her current teaching assignments include the 3rd-year composition course in French and the Student Teaching supervision and coordination of Modern Language Certification programs in the Dept of Languages, Cultures, and Religions. She has been on the FLAM Board since 2011 and is currently serving as Past-President.
